We got home  from the hospital on Friday around 1. We had to stay for two nights since she was early and they needed to check her blood sugar and other stuff. We didn’t sleep for crap in the hospital so we arrived home exhausted but I was soooo excited to see Jack and Charlie. My dad picked them up from school so when they got home they were thrilled to see us home and to meet Quinn. I couldn’t be more in love with these little babes. They took right to their new roles of big brothers and are head over heels in love with Quinn. Jack was is more into holding and snuggling her than Charlie is but they’re both darling with her. Whenever she opens her eyes Charlie reports “Bebe opo eyes! Bebe opo moufff.” And they’ll both constantly check in on her and rub her head (today I found Cheeto crumbs on her head lol). They’ve been sleeping great and adjusting beautifully.  He whispered to her “I love you, Quinn.” I can’t. So cute  Cousins!  Look at jack in this picture. So happ...

The sweetest little baby joined our family yesterday, May 19, at 3:46 pm. She’s so precious and is the perfect addition to our team. I was having contractions Tuesday all afternoon and went to bed around 7:55 feeling completely depleted. I had random contractions throughout the night and woke up having them. When I went for my 36 week checkup I was 4 cm and 50% effaced. I was so nervous with all these contractions that she was going to just come so fast so I called the doctor Wednesday and asked if they could check me. I was at 5cm so she did a membrane sweep and I went right to a 6 (if this is tmi stop reading). So the midwife was like yeah.... you won’t make it another day or two so go home get your stuff and get to the hospital in an hour. They faxed all my info over and mike and I slowly made our way over. The boys were in school so it worked out well! Anyways when I got there the contractions were of course much calmer but I was already almost a 7. Soooo they admitted me and we go...

I bought a bassinet off someone on Facebook and had to go pick it up in Arlington. Soooo we got the bassinet, grabbed a pizza for lunch and hit the park. I’m like realllllly good at finding stuff to do. We were out of the house from 9:30 to 3 this day. What.  Passssssed the heck out!  How cute is Charlie in sunglasses!  On Mother’s Day we went to the park with nori and her mom/grandma. There was an ice cream truck so we obviously participated.  Waiting in the car for our friends at clemyjontri park.  Dentist appt! Jack was SOOOOO good. Charlie could use some work. He was like gagging, hated the loud toothbrush, the taste of the toothpaste and did NOT trust the dentist. Just lots of things we can improve on LOL.  After the dentist we went down to the creek.
