14 weeks

My little destroyer of sleep is 14 weeks old today! He likes to smile, sit in his bumbo chair for a couple minutes, look at the light in the car (?), his pacifiers (there’s 6 of them around the house), being in the carrier, BATHTIME, his brother, the dogs, being held and being in his bouncy chair watching the world. There’s a lot he does like and some things he hates... loud noises and sleeping well at night. We love you Charlie! He smiles at strangers and their reactions are always the same: awwwwwww 🤗🤗🤗🤗 so squishy!! Yes, he’s certainly put on a couple pounds in the form of fat bracelets around his wrists, chunky thighs, a double chin, little baby boobs. So cute. Keep growing baby!

Jack with his relay team at the relay carnival!   So after the relay carnival we learn which teams made it to all-stars. The tradition is they go house to house delivering the all-star caps. I did say my kids were asleep in the group chat. Well at 9:30 pm jacks coach knocks on the door. I obviously let him come up to wake Jack up to share the big news 🤣😬🫣 when he woke up he asked if it was a Dream or real life  4th of July shenanigans.  Whirlpool  Eating the Watermelon from the watermelon relay  They’re inside a swimming cap. Didn’t know they stretched like that 😬 As the most random adventure ever we went to frying pan park. We had a coupon to ride the Ferris wheel so why not on the 4th of July?  Then firework time! Still loving the makeup Mimi got her for Christmas 😒 Mike took off her training wheels and off she went! She’s so good on that bike and can handle over a mile bike ride. She wants to ride allllll the time. She’s wobbly on it and it scares the crap out of me but so proud of her.  Carpool ! Off she goes!
