(Backup) Zero sleep weekend

Woo woo! All aboard the no sleep train! Wait, I don’t wanna get on that train... do we have a choice?! Nope. Poor char char has been a hot mess in the sleep department. He seems super restless and uncomfortable lately. The other night I could not put him down for more than 30-45 minutes at a time without him screaming. What the heck. Last night started out better but ended up poorly. Mike took Charlie downstairs around 4:30 so I could get some sleep. I ended up sleeping until 7:15, got Charlie and fed him then put him down until 9:50! Why can’t you sleep like that at night, sir? 

Mom, dad and Kendall were in town this weekend. We went to Kelsey’s to play with water in the backyard and went to my cousins baby gender reveal Friday night (it’s a boy!!). The party was really loud and Charlie was NOT a fan of the loud noises. Poor baby. Mom, dad and Kendall came over yesterday to play with the boys. We got to grab a margarita sin babies. It was lovely.

Jack with his relay team at the relay carnival!   So after the relay carnival we learn which teams made it to all-stars. The tradition is they go house to house delivering the all-star caps. I did say my kids were asleep in the group chat. Well at 9:30 pm jacks coach knocks on the door. I obviously let him come up to wake Jack up to share the big news 🤣😬🫣 when he woke up he asked if it was a Dream or real life  4th of July shenanigans.  Whirlpool  Eating the Watermelon from the watermelon relay  They’re inside a swimming cap. Didn’t know they stretched like that 😬 As the most random adventure ever we went to frying pan park. We had a coupon to ride the Ferris wheel so why not on the 4th of July?  Then firework time! Still loving the makeup Mimi got her for Christmas 😒 Mike took off her training wheels and off she went! She’s so good on that bike and can handle over a mile bike ride. She wants to ride allllll the time. She’s wobbly on it and it scares the crap out of me but so proud of her.  Carpool ! Off she goes!
