Playtime

Yesterday we went to a play date at a friends house/the park next door. We usually hang with the same group so it’s nice to get to know the ladies and their kids. Jack is also getting more comfortable with the kids/adults! Charlie slept in his car seat basically the whole time we were inside... it was VERY loud. Good job Charlie. 






All the kids were having snacks and jack walked right up to the picnic table, sat down, asked an adult for “more” and proceeded to eat the crackers given to him. Glad he’s not shy! I keep reminding him to say thank you and use manners. I know it’ll take time but he does it when I remind him!

Jack with his relay team at the relay carnival!   So after the relay carnival we learn which teams made it to all-stars. The tradition is they go house to house delivering the all-star caps. I did say my kids were asleep in the group chat. Well at 9:30 pm jacks coach knocks on the door. I obviously let him come up to wake Jack up to share the big news 🤣😬🫣 when he woke up he asked if it was a Dream or real life  4th of July shenanigans.  Whirlpool  Eating the Watermelon from the watermelon relay  They’re inside a swimming cap. Didn’t know they stretched like that 😬 As the most random adventure ever we went to frying pan park. We had a coupon to ride the Ferris wheel so why not on the 4th of July?  Then firework time! Big girl biking

Still loving the makeup Mimi got her for Christmas 😒 Mike took off her training wheels and off she went! She’s so good on that bike and can handle over a mile bike ride. She wants to ride allllll the time. She’s wobbly on it and it scares the crap out of me but so proud of her.  Carpool ! Off she goes!
