Helpful family!

My parents and Kendall came over Friday and helped around the house and dad painted
Charlie’s room! It looks so good! My mom and Kendall took over Charlie and jack Duty for a while so mike and I could take care of some
Things outside of the house. They’re all so helpful and we appreciate it! Thank you guys! 

Yesterday morning we went to our neighbors house to play in their little pool and water table. 

Then, Yesterday Gigi and baba took jack for the afternoon so Charlie and I could nap. Charlie is still fighting this cold he’s got so a nice long uninterrupted nap was what he needed. I got some shut eye as well. I am sure we’ll need to
Retrain poor Charlie how to sleep once he’s feeling better. I hope he’s turned a corner and will start getting better soon. For now he gets the snuggles. Gigi took jack to the pool for a couple hours then played on the deck in the water table so he basically spent about 6 hours yesterday in or around water. I don’t think he would have it any other way! I went to pick him up and enjoyed a delicious dinner with Gigi and baba. Thank you guys!

Jack with his relay team at the relay carnival!   So after the relay carnival we learn which teams made it to all-stars. The tradition is they go house to house delivering the all-star caps. I did say my kids were asleep in the group chat. Well at 9:30 pm jacks coach knocks on the door. I obviously let him come up to wake Jack up to share the big news 🤣😬🫣 when he woke up he asked if it was a Dream or real life  4th of July shenanigans.  Whirlpool  Eating the Watermelon from the watermelon relay  They’re inside a swimming cap. Didn’t know they stretched like that 😬 As the most random adventure ever we went to frying pan park. We had a coupon to ride the Ferris wheel so why not on the 4th of July?  Then firework time! Still loving the makeup Mimi got her for Christmas 😒 Mike took off her training wheels and off she went! She’s so good on that bike and can handle over a mile bike ride. She wants to ride allllll the time. She’s wobbly on it and it scares the crap out of me but so proud of her.  Carpool ! Off she goes!
