Work

Yesterday I started a new job. It's right down the street and seems easy. I am definitely one of the older people there and perhaps the only one with Kids. You should have seen the look on my managers face when I told her I would need to pump during my shift... Priceless. It'll take some time for me to become a server but it's a mile from our house so that makes it worth it... I think. It's also super casual so jeans or even yoga pants are apparently acceptable. I got off at 10:45 and it felt like 2am. Both boys had a terrible night and I was up at 5:45 with them so I am feeling it! Yesterday before work I went to hang with my mom, Kendall and Mia with the boys. It had been a couple weeks since they had seen the boys and I think they were shocked at how much they had both changed! They really have! 

Shout out to Gigi who watched the boys on Wednesday! Took her over an hour with traffic to get here AND the dogs ran out 😳 welcome to my loony bin! Seriously, thank you! We appreciate you.

Jack with his relay team at the relay carnival!   So after the relay carnival we learn which teams made it to all-stars. The tradition is they go house to house delivering the all-star caps. I did say my kids were asleep in the group chat. Well at 9:30 pm jacks coach knocks on the door. I obviously let him come up to wake Jack up to share the big news 🤣😬🫣 when he woke up he asked if it was a Dream or real life  4th of July shenanigans.  Whirlpool  Eating the Watermelon from the watermelon relay  They’re inside a swimming cap. Didn’t know they stretched like that 😬 As the most random adventure ever we went to frying pan park. We had a coupon to ride the Ferris wheel so why not on the 4th of July?  Then firework time! Still loving the makeup Mimi got her for Christmas 😒 Mike took off her training wheels and off she went! She’s so good on that bike and can handle over a mile bike ride. She wants to ride allllll the time. She’s wobbly on it and it scares the crap out of me but so proud of her.  Carpool ! Off she goes!
