Beach week!

We made it to the beach yesterday just as they were picking up the keys for the house. Not intentionally planned but we hit mucho traffic. Both boys were well behaved considering they were strapped to their car seats for 5 hours... 

The house is HUGE and amazing- thank you Gigi and baba, such a fun week ahead of us! There’s more than enough room for everyone and lots to do. Jack is in heaven.... they flew kites, played with bubbles, checked out the play room, the deck, played on the dunes, the list goes on. Jack slept great last night and with the help of the O’Neill’s we started retraining Charlie last night to sleep. We did it! Meg set timers and everyone was very helpful. We shall return with a better sleeping baby!

Jack with his relay team at the relay carnival!   So after the relay carnival we learn which teams made it to all-stars. The tradition is they go house to house delivering the all-star caps. I did say my kids were asleep in the group chat. Well at 9:30 pm jacks coach knocks on the door. I obviously let him come up to wake Jack up to share the big news 🤣😬🫣 when he woke up he asked if it was a Dream or real life  4th of July shenanigans.  Whirlpool  Eating the Watermelon from the watermelon relay  They’re inside a swimming cap. Didn’t know they stretched like that 😬 As the most random adventure ever we went to frying pan park. We had a coupon to ride the Ferris wheel so why not on the 4th of July?  Then firework time! Big girl biking

Still loving the makeup Mimi got her for Christmas 😒 Mike took off her training wheels and off she went! She’s so good on that bike and can handle over a mile bike ride. She wants to ride allllll the time. She’s wobbly on it and it scares the crap out of me but so proud of her.  Carpool ! Off she goes!
