Fall fun

On Wednesday we went to cox farm with Sarah, tommy and Zoe. They have an amazing fall festival and it was one of their discounted days. We decided to divide and conquer... the babies went in the double stroller and the older boys walked. We took turns pushing and herding the boys. It really was a lot of fun. Everyone did great! They even have apple cider, apples and pumpkins for everyone to take.

 On Thursday we saw Gigi and baba! They packed a picnic and we went to mason district park. The playground was unfortunately in the sun so it got a little hot so we didn’t get to play much so we spent most of the time eating... bummer 🤷🏼‍♀️ 

Friday I had my mom group meeting and The boys went to Their “classrooms.” Whenever I get jack he says “mom come back” and “good time” (this goes for the gym as well). Yes, jack, I always come back! Everyone that encounters/watches Charlie comments on how much/how fast he gets around. The boy just loves to explore!

Jack with his relay team at the relay carnival!   So after the relay carnival we learn which teams made it to all-stars. The tradition is they go house to house delivering the all-star caps. I did say my kids were asleep in the group chat. Well at 9:30 pm jacks coach knocks on the door. I obviously let him come up to wake Jack up to share the big news 🤣😬🫣 when he woke up he asked if it was a Dream or real life  4th of July shenanigans.  Whirlpool  Eating the Watermelon from the watermelon relay  They’re inside a swimming cap. Didn’t know they stretched like that 😬 As the most random adventure ever we went to frying pan park. We had a coupon to ride the Ferris wheel so why not on the 4th of July?  Then firework time! January and the cruise!!

We were scheduled to fly out early Sunday morning, January 5th. The Friday before our bodies had other plans. We went to life time Friday evening and the staff came to grab me informing me jack didn’t feel well. I signed him out and asked Mike to come pick him up. While we’re waiting, jack tells me he’s going to get sick. I grabbed the nearest trash can and caught the vomit mid air. I stay and swim with Charlie and Quinn and Charlie starts to say he’s suuuper hungry.. which I think he confused for an upset tummy. Anyways, the 3 of us go to chipotle. Charlie barely eats and I’m thinking oh crap. I grabbed a brown bag to have in the car just in case. Well we needed it. The bag ended up Giving out and vomit ended up allll over my car. Boys in bed but both up for a couple of hours getting sick. Then that was it for them. As for me. Omg. Around midnight was my turn. Absolutely freaking miserable.
