Soccer

Jack started soccer last Saturday. To say he loved it would be a lie. In all fairness now knowing he had a bad ear ache brewing ya can’t really blame him. Anyways, he maybe participated for 20 minutes then he was all done. Mike will take him to the next practice so hopefully it’ll be better!

Then..... yeah. You get the picture. He had to turn his jersey To the red side and once he heard that he was like no. Nope. Absolutely not. I’m cool not being a soccer mom because the sport is not my fave but I really want him to give it a fair try! Hopefully next week will be better without me there 🤞🏼

Jack with his relay team at the relay carnival!   So after the relay carnival we learn which teams made it to all-stars. The tradition is they go house to house delivering the all-star caps. I did say my kids were asleep in the group chat. Well at 9:30 pm jacks coach knocks on the door. I obviously let him come up to wake Jack up to share the big news 🤣😬🫣 when he woke up he asked if it was a Dream or real life  4th of July shenanigans.  Whirlpool  Eating the Watermelon from the watermelon relay  They’re inside a swimming cap. Didn’t know they stretched like that 😬 As the most random adventure ever we went to frying pan park. We had a coupon to ride the Ferris wheel so why not on the 4th of July?  Then firework time! Still loving the makeup Mimi got her for Christmas 😒 Mike took off her training wheels and off she went! She’s so good on that bike and can handle over a mile bike ride. She wants to ride allllll the time. She’s wobbly on it and it scares the crap out of me but so proud of her.  Carpool ! Off she goes!
