More Delaware

Mike and I ended up going out AGAIN Sunday evening. We went to dinner at northeast where I used to work then we went putt-putt golfing. It was really nice. I did not win. Two date nights means two nights I didn’t have to bathe and put the kids to bed. Winning in my opinion. Mike ended up leaving Monday with my dad and the boys and I stayed behind and drove our car back Wednesday. It rained pretty much all day Sunday so we needed to get some beach time in! Besides, mike had to work Tuesday/Wednesday so really... what were we going home to?

We went to the boardwalk on the rainy Sunday. We noticed a slight break in the rain so we just went!  It was really fun and we got fries/chick nuggets for lunch. 







We let them each have a dollar to play a game

They loved the water. Charlie had an appropriate amount of hesitation with the water. Thank goodness.

My parents were so helpful and we really had a great time! The boys also had an absolute blast.

January and the cruise!!

We were scheduled to fly out early Sunday morning, January 5th. The Friday before our bodies had other plans. We went to life time Friday evening and the staff came to grab me informing me jack didn’t feel well. I signed him out and asked Mike to come pick him up. While we’re waiting, jack tells me he’s going to get sick. I grabbed the nearest trash can and caught the vomit mid air. I stay and swim with Charlie and Quinn and Charlie starts to say he’s suuuper hungry.. which I think he confused for an upset tummy. Anyways, the 3 of us go to chipotle. Charlie barely eats and I’m thinking oh crap. I grabbed a brown bag to have in the car just in case. Well we needed it. The bag ended up Giving out and vomit ended up allll over my car. Boys in bed but both up for a couple of hours getting sick. Then that was it for them. As for me. Omg. Around midnight was my turn. Absolutely freaking miserable.
