Outdoors

The weather here is still as gorgeous as can be. 70 and sunny. We are soaking it up while we can. On Thursday We did the park with aunt Kelsey and then the park with Colton. We had spaghetti with red sauce for dinner last night... a meal I definitely don’t rely on as much as I should! The boys DEVOURED it. Sorry, pasta, I will abuse you more often! Charlie is becoming a better talker but still will tell a complete story in his own language. We all understand him pretty well and I can hear him forming words much better these days. Sleep is improved thank goodness. Jack will occasionally (like every other week) get out of bed to come find me and ask for me to lay with him “for one minute.” As long as we don’t have an issue every single night I don’t mind. One day he won’t ever ask me to so whatever 🤷🏼‍♀️ Not ideal but I’ll live! Jack is asking how to write things now and obviously it’s awesome. He’s always counting things and asking really deep questions. Thanks, school! 


Charlie still likes to stand while he eats. Drives me crazy but 🤷🏼‍♀️

Jack with his relay team at the relay carnival!   So after the relay carnival we learn which teams made it to all-stars. The tradition is they go house to house delivering the all-star caps. I did say my kids were asleep in the group chat. Well at 9:30 pm jacks coach knocks on the door. I obviously let him come up to wake Jack up to share the big news 🤣😬🫣 when he woke up he asked if it was a Dream or real life  4th of July shenanigans.  Whirlpool  Eating the Watermelon from the watermelon relay  They’re inside a swimming cap. Didn’t know they stretched like that 😬 As the most random adventure ever we went to frying pan park. We had a coupon to ride the Ferris wheel so why not on the 4th of July?  Then firework time! Still loving the makeup Mimi got her for Christmas 😒 Mike took off her training wheels and off she went! She’s so good on that bike and can handle over a mile bike ride. She wants to ride allllll the time. She’s wobbly on it and it scares the crap out of me but so proud of her.  Carpool ! Off she goes!
