Quinn love

This was written on the 13th but never posted. Oops. 

Jack: I just love Quinn so much. Like a hundred times. She’s the most beautiful girl. 
Charlie: baby opo eyes!!!!!! Hi baby! (He says this throughout the day basically narrating what’s happening). It’s so cute. 

In the morning they are excited to see her. They constantly are kissing her and there’s just a lot of love going on around here. Last night Charlie got up around 5 to pee and asked for my help getting his blanket on. As I was leaving he said “love you mama. Love you daddy. Love you baby and love me Charlie and love Wa-wa (jack).” Just doing his little checklist. I never imagined it would be this perfect and they would love her immediately but my goodness I feel complete.

(Writing this so I can look back when/if ish hits the fan). 

We went to our friend’s (Jess/Colton/Mark) new house out in warrenton last Saturday for dinner! They have a big yard and just got a swing set so that was fun! And they overall just loved seeing Colton and we got to hang with Jess and Mark so bonus. And they provided dinner. 








The other day we went to a play place in the mall with kels and her babes. I stayed with the boys and Quinn from 11:20-4 😂 it was a yucky and rainy day and Mike had to write a paper sooo. 





Boys in tae kwon do. They LOVE it. 










Today Mike had to finish his paper so I took the boys to play at LT and Quinn and I sat by the pool. I fed her and Changed diapers. It was perfect.

Jack with his relay team at the relay carnival!   So after the relay carnival we learn which teams made it to all-stars. The tradition is they go house to house delivering the all-star caps. I did say my kids were asleep in the group chat. Well at 9:30 pm jacks coach knocks on the door. I obviously let him come up to wake Jack up to share the big news 🤣😬🫣 when he woke up he asked if it was a Dream or real life  4th of July shenanigans.  Whirlpool  Eating the Watermelon from the watermelon relay  They’re inside a swimming cap. Didn’t know they stretched like that 😬 As the most random adventure ever we went to frying pan park. We had a coupon to ride the Ferris wheel so why not on the 4th of July?  Then firework time! January and the cruise!!

We were scheduled to fly out early Sunday morning, January 5th. The Friday before our bodies had other plans. We went to life time Friday evening and the staff came to grab me informing me jack didn’t feel well. I signed him out and asked Mike to come pick him up. While we’re waiting, jack tells me he’s going to get sick. I grabbed the nearest trash can and caught the vomit mid air. I stay and swim with Charlie and Quinn and Charlie starts to say he’s suuuper hungry.. which I think he confused for an upset tummy. Anyways, the 3 of us go to chipotle. Charlie barely eats and I’m thinking oh crap. I grabbed a brown bag to have in the car just in case. Well we needed it. The bag ended up Giving out and vomit ended up allll over my car. Boys in bed but both up for a couple of hours getting sick. Then that was it for them. As for me. Omg. Around midnight was my turn. Absolutely freaking miserable.
