September

Oh hey September! And gorgeous fall weather! I can’t believe summer is over and Quinn is almost 4 months old. It’s all truly a blur. But that’s to be expected with a newborn right? Jack has been doing amazing with the transition to school. It doesn’t seem to bother him wearing a mask for hours on end so that’s awesome. We were supposed to have back to school night last week but a tropical storm postponed it to later this month. I was super bummed. We only get info from the teacher sent home once a week so I truly don’t know what their day is like and I am craving more info. Emails or any form of communication from the teacher would be awesome. I need to look and see if they’re allowing volunteers because I reallllly want to see a day in the life of where my kid is spending 7+ hours during the day. Too much to ask? Nahhh. Quinn is out of leap 3 finally and a lot less fussier than she was because my goodness that was quite the leap. Now she’s got even more adorable sounds and she’s fascinated with her hands. Like obsessed. It’s adorable. Jack has been quite emotional since starting school and super energetic and wants to tell us allll about his day at bedtime. Charlie is adjusting well without having jack around! We go meet his teachers today and he starts preschool Thursday! He’s so excited, as am I!

We see Gigi/baba liiiiiiike maybe once a week. This is from dinner at their house last Sunday. The boys love seeing them I wish I happened more often! Yummy dinner as always!

Look at that fancy knife work

Of course there was watermelon!

I took the boys to pick out some new shoes. So proud LOL

The boys love to play poker. Teaching quinnie too.

Transitioning out of the swaddle!

Charlie loves pickle ball. Mike was playing at van dyke so we met him there and Charlie got to hit some balls too.

The grass at the new house is LONG. The owners don’t care so Mike Went to Cut it.
