Quinn’s party

Quinn’s party was soooo much fun. We got a bounce house for the older kids, a bunch of bubble toys and put the sprinkler out. I didn’t see jack and Charlie for 3+ hours. I said 3-5 on the invite and the last people left around 7:30 lol. It’s soooo nice to have the space for everyone to run around! It was so fun to see friends and celebrate one year of Quinn. She’s out Last baby and she was a tough baby at that and I (we) survived. I had many sleepless nights, pumped ounces upon ounces of milk and my body created a third life. I say all of that is worth celebrating. Our family is complete and it was quite the year. The boys love her so much and were so amazing at the transition throughout the year. Kudos to them too! 

My mom was super helpful with everything and even had a craft for the kids, made cupcakes and the amazing party favors.

It was super hot but the trees shaded the entire backyard! Didn’t plan that but thank goodness 😅 

































































It was getting late so I made like 30 chicken nuggets and fed these houligans.

Jack with his relay team at the relay carnival!   So after the relay carnival we learn which teams made it to all-stars. The tradition is they go house to house delivering the all-star caps. I did say my kids were asleep in the group chat. Well at 9:30 pm jacks coach knocks on the door. I obviously let him come up to wake Jack up to share the big news 🤣😬🫣 when he woke up he asked if it was a Dream or real life  4th of July shenanigans.  Whirlpool  Eating the Watermelon from the watermelon relay  They’re inside a swimming cap. Didn’t know they stretched like that 😬 As the most random adventure ever we went to frying pan park. We had a coupon to ride the Ferris wheel so why not on the 4th of July?  Then firework time! January and the cruise!!

We were scheduled to fly out early Sunday morning, January 5th. The Friday before our bodies had other plans. We went to life time Friday evening and the staff came to grab me informing me jack didn’t feel well. I signed him out and asked Mike to come pick him up. While we’re waiting, jack tells me he’s going to get sick. I grabbed the nearest trash can and caught the vomit mid air. I stay and swim with Charlie and Quinn and Charlie starts to say he’s suuuper hungry.. which I think he confused for an upset tummy. Anyways, the 3 of us go to chipotle. Charlie barely eats and I’m thinking oh crap. I grabbed a brown bag to have in the car just in case. Well we needed it. The bag ended up Giving out and vomit ended up allll over my car. Boys in bed but both up for a couple of hours getting sick. Then that was it for them. As for me. Omg. Around midnight was my turn. Absolutely freaking miserable.
