More beach! Fourth of July

It was a busy and exhausting week. The weather cooperated and the kids had a blast. Everyone was sooo done by bedtime and everyone was back
Up around 6am. We hit the beach around 9 then came back for lunch and then again in the afternoon before dinner. Thank you Gigi and baba for a wonderful week! 




Lots of games! 


Quinn loved the beach, she was all about running towards the waves. She was a little fearful at first then she literally would have gone in if we didn’t stop her.

Lots of chess playing this week. The boys are playing like real games. It’s quite impressive seeing as I have no clue how to play. 











We let the kids stay up realllllly late for fireworks. Worth it. In bed at 10, up at 6.

Jack with his relay team at the relay carnival!   So after the relay carnival we learn which teams made it to all-stars. The tradition is they go house to house delivering the all-star caps. I did say my kids were asleep in the group chat. Well at 9:30 pm jacks coach knocks on the door. I obviously let him come up to wake Jack up to share the big news 🤣😬🫣 when he woke up he asked if it was a Dream or real life  4th of July shenanigans.  Whirlpool  Eating the Watermelon from the watermelon relay  They’re inside a swimming cap. Didn’t know they stretched like that 😬 As the most random adventure ever we went to frying pan park. We had a coupon to ride the Ferris wheel so why not on the 4th of July?  Then firework time! Still loving the makeup Mimi got her for Christmas 😒 Mike took off her training wheels and off she went! She’s so good on that bike and can handle over a mile bike ride. She wants to ride allllll the time. She’s wobbly on it and it scares the crap out of me but so proud of her.  Carpool ! Off she goes!
