The week

This was meant to be posted last week. Oops Every day jack came home exhausted and SO hungry. Like borderline losing it. We need to figure that out because that’s no fun! He comes homes and eats a ridiculous amount of food. Charlie, Quinn and I had a good week playing a bunch of uno, going to life time and relaxing at home.

I let Jack stay up a little and all he wanted to do was read. I said it’s time for bed and said “not yet! This book is just so interesting!”



At Colton’s party a few weeks ago

I got some 2t jackets off of buy nothing sooo the boys put them on. Quinn was also very into them 












She basically pulled me out of the chair and insisted on sitting there and reading her books. K cool cool 






They fell asleep together last Friday night. Charlie came in around 1 am and said “I don’t sleep so well with jack.” Lol

Jack with his relay team at the relay carnival!   So after the relay carnival we learn which teams made it to all-stars. The tradition is they go house to house delivering the all-star caps. I did say my kids were asleep in the group chat. Well at 9:30 pm jacks coach knocks on the door. I obviously let him come up to wake Jack up to share the big news 🤣😬🫣 when he woke up he asked if it was a Dream or real life  4th of July shenanigans.  Whirlpool  Eating the Watermelon from the watermelon relay  They’re inside a swimming cap. Didn’t know they stretched like that 😬 As the most random adventure ever we went to frying pan park. We had a coupon to ride the Ferris wheel so why not on the 4th of July?  Then firework time! January and the cruise!!

We were scheduled to fly out early Sunday morning, January 5th. The Friday before our bodies had other plans. We went to life time Friday evening and the staff came to grab me informing me jack didn’t feel well. I signed him out and asked Mike to come pick him up. While we’re waiting, jack tells me he’s going to get sick. I grabbed the nearest trash can and caught the vomit mid air. I stay and swim with Charlie and Quinn and Charlie starts to say he’s suuuper hungry.. which I think he confused for an upset tummy. Anyways, the 3 of us go to chipotle. Charlie barely eats and I’m thinking oh crap. I grabbed a brown bag to have in the car just in case. Well we needed it. The bag ended up Giving out and vomit ended up allll over my car. Boys in bed but both up for a couple of hours getting sick. Then that was it for them. As for me. Omg. Around midnight was my turn. Absolutely freaking miserable.
