Shape up or ship out!

Just kidding. My amazing parents took Quinn for 5 days. My dad was in town for yoga training and my mom was like heyyy send Quinn home with dad on Sunday and he’ll return her on Thursday when he comes back into town! I slept on it, consulted Mike and the boys and off she went. Charlie was apprehensive at first but then said yeah, she can go… that way she can’t hit me for 4 days. She had a blast and was apparently an angel. 


She arrived and got straight to playing

Jack with his relay team at the relay carnival!   So after the relay carnival we learn which teams made it to all-stars. The tradition is they go house to house delivering the all-star caps. I did say my kids were asleep in the group chat. Well at 9:30 pm jacks coach knocks on the door. I obviously let him come up to wake Jack up to share the big news 🤣😬🫣 when he woke up he asked if it was a Dream or real life  4th of July shenanigans.  Whirlpool  Eating the Watermelon from the watermelon relay  They’re inside a swimming cap. Didn’t know they stretched like that 😬 As the most random adventure ever we went to frying pan park. We had a coupon to ride the Ferris wheel so why not on the 4th of July?  Then firework time! Still loving the makeup Mimi got her for Christmas 😒 Mike took off her training wheels and off she went! She’s so good on that bike and can handle over a mile bike ride. She wants to ride allllll the time. She’s wobbly on it and it scares the crap out of me but so proud of her.  Carpool ! Off she goes!
