So after the relay carnival we learn which teams made it to all-stars. The tradition is they go house to house delivering the all-star caps. I did say my kids were asleep in the group chat. Well at 9:30 pm jacks coach knocks on the door. I obviously let him come up to wake Jack up to share the big news 🤣😬🫣 when he woke up he asked if it was a Dream or real life

As the most random adventure ever we went to frying pan park. We had a coupon to ride the Ferris wheel so why not on the 4th of July? 









Then firework time! We had an A meet the next day so we watched u til it got dark and headed home to finish watching from

They were seeded 12th and got 10th in the medley relay. Unfortunately it freaking stormed so we only swam one 😭

It wouldn’t be summer without Jack getting a fat ear from a bug bite 

And it wouldn’t be the end of the swim season without someone getting really bad swimmers
Ear..  Charlie got it this time and had to miss some meets. He was bummed and in so much pain. He was up every 2 hours for like 3 nights in a row just crying in pain. It was so bad 



Jack got 2nd in free in the division and 5th in butterfly. 

We’re watching our neighbors dog. Mainly at their house but I feel bad for her so I let her come over so she’s not lonely. 

Mike, Jack and Charlie went on a “10 mile bike ride.” Idk if it was actually 10 miles but they made it seem like it certainly was. Anyways, they ended up stopping at the park Behind our old townhouse 


Gosh I love LT. They had a “parents day out” on Sunday from 2:30-5:30 and the kids painted, ate and played.

January and the cruise!!

We were scheduled to fly out early Sunday morning, January 5th. The Friday before our bodies had other plans. We went to life time Friday evening and the staff came to grab me informing me jack didn’t feel well. I signed him out and asked Mike to come pick him up. While we’re waiting, jack tells me he’s going to get sick. I grabbed the nearest trash can and caught the vomit mid air. I stay and swim with Charlie and Quinn and Charlie starts to say he’s suuuper hungry.. which I think he confused for an upset tummy. Anyways, the 3 of us go to chipotle. Charlie barely eats and I’m thinking oh crap. I grabbed a brown bag to have in the car just in case. Well we needed it. The bag ended up Giving out and vomit ended up allll over my car. Boys in bed but both up for a couple of hours getting sick. Then that was it for them. As for me. Omg. Around midnight was my turn. Absolutely freaking miserable.
